Cabin Air Filter - Replacement Filter (Tacoma)

Description

If you're already running an AdventureTaco Cabin Air Filter Kit, you should replace your filter every 3-6 months under normal use, as the filtering abilities diminish over time regardless of the type of filter you're running. If you're constantly in dirt, consider more frequent inspection/replacement.

Wondering which type of filter is right for you? Each filter has different qualities:

• Electrostatic filters - Recommended for most situations.
  • Use a static charge manufactured into the filter to attract dust while still allowing fantastic airflow.
  • Washable and reusable for up to 6 months.
• MERV8 - For heavy duty filtration at the cost of airflow.
  • Enhanced filtering down to 3 microns.
  • Significantly reduced airflow compared to an electrostatic filter.
  • Single use, replace when dirty or every 3 months.
• Activated Carbon filters - To reduce odors (pet, smoke, etc.).
  • Filter both particles (down to 8 microns) and odors.
  • Significantly Reduced airflow compared to an electrostatic filter.
  • Single use, replace when dirty or every 3 months.

The AdventureTaco thumbscrews included with every Cabin Air Filter Kit make changing out the filter cartridge a toolless, 2-minute operation.

Every replacement filter order also comes with a retaining grid, just in case your original breaks when swapping the filter.
