I summited Waucoba Mountain on June 8, 2026 as part of a two-day trip to the Owen's Valley. I've been trying to get up Waucoba Mountain for a while now, but the "normal" Death Valley weather window - when I find myself in the region - usually sees the mountain covered in a blanket of snow.
